Lucas Birdsall is a business executive and venture capitalist with a well-rounded background in finance and operations management. He graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business in 2015, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Operations Management.

Presently, he is a Venture Capitalist affiliated with the Vancouver-based firm Parabellum Capital Strategies Ltd., where he manages a variety of investments in the natural resources, technology, and biotech sectors.

Before that, Lucas held a broad range of leadership positions, including CEO and Director at BMBG Capital Corp and Castlebar Capital Corp, where he demonstrated his real-world expertise in risk management, market analysis, and strategic planning, all the while expanding the asset portfolios of both firms. Earlier in his career, he served as an Account Executive at Veritaaq IT Consulting, where he managed accounts across the financial services, telecommunications, and public sectors.

During the course of his duties in each of these roles, Lucas used his innate ability to cultivate strong relationships to increase client satisfaction and cement long-term partnerships. With a long list of successful projects and professional accomplishments to his credit, Lucas Birdsall has established himself as a savvy and dependable businessman who produces positive, profitable results.

In his professional life, Lucas keeps fit through weight training and playing tennis. He is passionate about collecting fine art and reading history. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he also closely follows baseball and NCAA basketball. Additionally, he actively supports Childhood Cancer Canada, reflecting his philanthropic nature.
